Designing an app for a giant retailer meant understanding the benefit to the consumer. The strategy was focused on utility for Finish Line’s most loyal customers in order to deliver an experience above and beyond what an average customer would receive. From the initial design to the current version, the design strategy reflected the smooth and seamless experience that delivered on more than simply browsing and buying.



Creating wireframes to define the user experience required rounds of initial user testing and validation. Designing the interface was quick, employing the brands' graphic standards.

A beautiful interface isn't going to make people want to download an app. The creative visually brought the app's purpose to life.
