I’m a creative leader that’s highly experienced on set, in the studio and in the board room. I build visions of the future for businesses and organizations, create stuff that matters, and grow teams that challenge themselves to push boundaries. My focus is on leading the way for how people ideate and innovate above supervising and critiquing the output of the design team, although I’m obsessive over those details too.
I lead with the belief that design builds culture, culture shapes values and values determine the future. To truly shape the future of a brand takes dedication to building trusted relationships throughout an organization and a complete understanding of what makes it tick, all the way from the customer to the CEO.
